I have been there for 1 year as Accounting intern. Got lot of opportunities to learn many things and got good practical knowledge. All partners have great experience in this field. They give lot of opportunities to freshers to get practical knowledge. Client are handel very well. Good firm to join as fresher.

Dislikes

One of the drawback is your are not paid properly as per your efforts. The salary offer is less and work is more. You will not get promotion or hike easily . Not properly payment system is followed. Salary is released through online mode no pay slip is maintained even after having profe ssionals. Salary is delayed and there will be no reason for delaying. They pay as per their mood. Payment is done at any day as per their mood not proper day is followed like end of month or start of month. In short, they hire people for their benefits and fire them after completion of their work. They don't care for employees.Work is preferred more than employee. Management is also not good. They don't have proper HR in the firm. Fun activities and all activities are organized just for sake. No proper plan for any activity.
