Management is cooperative if you are useful to them (like a tissue paper). They will motivate you to work on holidays too.

Dislikes

Not a secure job, Head of the departments will change every six months (there is no consistency in management of employees) and rules will change as per the head. and there is no loyalty for the employees who worked for long term. Inefficiency in hiring employees. ( In past 5 years approximately 8 times head of the departments were changed.)
