Great Environment with excellent leadership who are very co-operative and helpful and with relatively less pressure. Top class HR executives who will stick to you throughout the recruitment process and even when you are into the company. Best part of no micro management within the project all asked is about the work which is being assigned once done no one bothers when you log in when you log off.

Dislikes

Less interaction within the team and limited access to resources and this too amidst the pandemic which makes the work environment boring. Less planning of Knowledge Transfer as the videos are being provided for the same but no one is dedicated for it which makes the understanding of the project more difficult.

Work Details

Working in the Research Servicing Systems team to develop, enhance and maintain the existing applications and to make it more scalable. Working on the call set up application to be precise to help make the interactions between the clients and the analyst

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
