About the Role
Software Development - ML position having experience in NLP and responsible for design, implementation, and support of Python based applications to help fulfill our Research & Consulting Delivery strategy.
What you ll do:
- Establish methodologies for quickly rolling out new data analysis capabilities for standalone data-driven products and services to support our associates using ML and NLP.
- Be able to transform unstructured raw data into formats suitable for modeling.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions to ensure NLP solutions align with the organizations strategic objectives.
- Continuously improve NLP models through experimentation and optimization techniques.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning to contribute to the continuous improvement of the organizations technical capabilities.
- Documenting detailed design specifications and review code commits to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
What you ll need:
2 - 4 years of experience in algorithms and statistics and experience in data processing, machine learning, deep learning and NLP.
Must have
- Over 2 years of experience in Machine learning and NLP.
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming.
- Skilled in data cleaning and exploratory data analysis
- Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, data mining, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- Proficient in NLP, including transformers and generative AI technologies such as OpenAI, LLaMA3, etc.
- Proficient in Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
- Familiarity with deep learning libraries including SpaCy, NLTK, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn
- Experience in deploying model serving APIs
- Experience with relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
- Knowledge of graph databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
