Overall Gartner was a employee centric firm. But some new leaders have introduced micromanage their team members. Gartner promote switching careers through IJPs. But have heard some leadership have restricted some candidates from their end. Organic promotion is difficult. You may have to look for IJPs for a role change. Work life balance is followed. Work time is best. They arrange training for their employees to improve their skills. I remember they had provided training for simple thing like email writing and communication

Great work culture. Colleagues and seniors are friendly and helpful. Horizontal hierarchy and everyone is very approachable. Flexibility of working from home unless required. Timely salary credit, (before time, when credit date is a bank holiday). Subsidized cab services (negligible cost), and free lunch at office. They are focused on not only hiring people with skills but also with a good attitude and great behavior. An excellent management to rely on.
