DO NOT JOIN the Content Maintenance Center of Excellence (CM-COE) as it is a fancy editorial job. No real work (research) is being done, it is just a pilot project for people at the top.

Working at helpdesk, is pathetic one cannot get themselves to learn new skills or enhance themselves. People want you be here at helpdesk just taking call and chats they don't want you to explore, learn, meet with anyone. Gartner is quite a good company to work but not at helpdesk where they will treat you like a servant and it feels like you are at school, sit here don't go there, don't do this, don't do that....Read More
