I loved the fact that I was a part of a team that initiated the whole Amazon E-commerce project for the company from nothing.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is pretty slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. CEO and HR’s do not value an individual’s unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain every time....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
