The flexibility of the time and the team work form are the best parts of the job. I can connect when i want in the day and the team meetings and work together with the team is so motivating.

There are some comunication troubles. The team work form has some issues like not knowing something you have to do or something that you have to know about your job. I'm in an unpaid internship and i have much responsabilities, so i think that they could pay something to the interns for all the work that we do.

What I value the most about working at GAO Tek is the flexible schedule, as it allows me to organize myself efficiently to achieve my goals, I find the ability to manage my own time very beneficial. Additionally, I appreciate the support from our supervisors, who are willing to help us solve any issues that arise.

What could be improve is the training. Sometimes, I feel that certain concepts are assumed to be known, which can lead to confusion. Additionally, it would be very helpful to receive guidance on how to conduct effective interviews for hiring. This would allow us to enhance our skills and work more efficiently.

They accept basically everyone who has basic english skills and no work experience, so this is a good option if one wants to learn the very basics of the field they chose.

Dislikes

Interns are managing other interns so this environment is very highly unprofessional, also the job post was misleading, the training was very basic and the "managers" are just other clueless interns who just want to look important. You just need common sense to do this internship, no education or prior experience required.
