No worklife balance. Will be asked to work for more then 18 to 19hrs a day. Even if you are on leave for medical issues or on important event , you will be asked to work. After leaving the job, you will be threatned by the HRs and compelled by them to work on the projects. There is no recognition or appreciation for your works. You will be asked to work on more than 3 to 4 projects at the same time and will be paid very less.
