One around for improvement in my opinion is introduction of more and multiple software and tech in some departments, as on some occasions we have dealt with occasionally slowed down analytical processes.

Absolutely nothing. Don't join if you don't wanna to ruin your career and look for another job in again 6 months.

Dislikes

They ask you to join saying its a remote job and then will expect you to be in the office 3/4 days a week. Each one from the management tells a different story and they will keep it all very sleek by not keeping any of it on mail. They will never come on a central call and discuss things. Terrible management and absolutely no sense of work-life balance!
