Likes

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiiling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quit interesting, I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

My business has been up and down mostly down.Only few times we have been in profit zone mostly losses we have suffered.

Dislikes

Despite being owner we have to inform our staff that we are on leave whereas staff takes break without informing us on their own.They don't come on time and leave early citing family and friends issues.

Work Details

Keep check of all the transactions and support the customers by guiding them and also entertaining everyone during party.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
