Customer support team Bad work culture. Rotational shifts(only for men) for women it's a day job. Cab facility only for women, men can duck off. As you join gameskraft forget that you have/had a life. Top notch Gali/mohalla vibes. You can literally see people unboxing thier parcels(women) and discussing the items specially (dressess) like its a cassual aunties sunday meetings. Apart from these the company promotes betting/gambling games like poker so expect the custome to be rude and abusive. There is no structure if the hierarchy your junior can give you directions and tell you what to do for the day(not in a good way). Company was very good, everything comes on time, salary and benefits are good.

No job security if u are from support team, maintain ur mind set as slave them this job is perfect for you, if u ask any questions then they will terminate you without reason. Team management will never understand and help u in pramotion, worst team leaders and manager. Lot of employees resigned for this reason.
