Customer support team Bad work culture. Rotational shifts(only for men) for women it's a day job. Cab facility only for women, men can duck off. As you join gameskraft forget that you have/had a life. Top notch Gali/mohalla vibes. You can literally see people unboxing thier parcels(women) and discussing the items specially (dressess) like its a cassual aunties sunday meetings. Apart from these the company promotes betting/gambling games like poker so expect the custome to be rude and abusive. There is no structure if the hierarchy your junior can give you directions and tell you what to do for the day(not in a good way). They will give u an amazing raise and u'll realise that when u switch, no company is willing to hire u unless you bring ur CTC expectations down. And if they kicks u out (which they do) u'll be doomed. The higher management, especially the founding team don't know the directions they are taking. They aren't removing senior leaders and hiring people to do their work. The design and HR teams are toxic. Too much of nepotism and favouritism in the entire org. The HRs think that the gifts and the sessions and the parties will make the culture better. But what actually should change are the leaders. The work life balance is a little less given the big bets we take. Also a little less emphasis is on the depth to provide for breadth we learn here.

There are many perks like health insurance, term insurance, free lunch and evening snacks so you don't have to worry about the food. The scale is really good and you will have to handle the devops also you will learn those things as well.

Dislikes

Company culture has changed after the GST changes for real money gaming. Like health insurance amount has decreased by half and many other cost cutting measures are being taken but everyone is concerned about the looming danger of firing. Also culture is not being same as it was earlier. Many times you have to work on weekend to meet the deadline.
