Its a lean team so you have to work on couple of projects simultaneously so it pushes your boundary which i feel is okay if you want to hustle Since its a complete work from office and delhi so it can be restrictive to those who prefer hybrid or WFH

It's a smaill team with high visibility so feedback is delivered directly which may be challenging for those not used to this appraoch

I had the privilege of working for this company for 3 years and continue to progress within the organization .The work environment is very supportive and allow for creative freedom .Morever, the technology stack is of the highest quality and we have complete ownership of our project from start to finish. This allows me to innovate and glean needed insights from each project I am involved in

Ownership on projects, Flat Hierarchy and extra ordinary team. Every person has to take end to end responsibility and drive tasks. WinZO is very fast paced organization and the new avenues keep coming in. Hence lot of learning opportunities. They truly believe in solving via tech and making the products/games for the world.

Dislikes

Work life balance sometimes can be challenging as WinZO's platform is catering to global audience. Also, the quick pace requires extra efforts to be made from everyone's end.
