About the Role:

As a FullStack leader, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals and supports our growth plans. You will supervise all technical aspects of the company, accelerate digital innovation within the organisation to ensure that products and services are developed efficiently. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives and ownership of work.

What you will do :

• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions while driving architecture and system design to ensure performance, security, and a seamless user experience
• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap strategy tailored to the companys objectives and operational efficiency
• Oversee the design and implementation of robust technical architectures, ensuring alignment with the industry s best practices
• Establish and maintain efficient and reliable technology operations, including systems infrastructure, and security protocols for high performance, uptime and data integrity
• Stay aware of the latest tech advancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations for maintaining our technological edge
• Work with cross functional teams and stakeholders to understand product and platform requirements
• Complete ownership of the product features to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible across mobile devices
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
• Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring data privacy and security regulations compliance

What you should have:

• 12+ years of hands-on experience across backend and frontend technologies
• Deep understanding of technology trends, best practices and the Indian markets technology landscape
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills and capacity to effectively communicate and propose solutions for complex technical challenges
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology projects, delivering results on time and optimizing costs
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.
• Experience in building microservices, real-time streaming systems, and frontend apps with great UI UX
• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related field (IITs/NITs/BITS preferred)
