We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Manager to lead our creative team in producing captivating and impactful visual and multimedia content. As the Creative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and ensuring that our creative output consistently aligns with the companys goals and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating rich, immersive animations and graphics, as well as experience working with teams to develop high-quality visual content.
You will work with a team of designers to deliver best-in-class creative across all our channels and through different mediums such as Graphics, Motion, ATL etc. You will help build the WinZO brand through creative storytelling whilst adhering to the brand design principles and systems to ensure a consistent, unified experience across all channels. You will proactively collaborate with the design team as well as work hand in hand with our marketing team, product & strategy team, audio/visual producers to ensure the highest quality products that seamlessly integrate with WinZO DNA. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives with complete ownership, manage multiple projects, and drive execution with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership:
Provide creative direction and leadership to the creative team, ensuring all projects are in line with the brands identity and goals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages team members to excel in their creative roles.
Design Strategy:
Develop and execute creative strategies that align with our marketing and branding objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into compelling visual content.
Understand and respond to performance data (metric tests, usability studies), and steer the direction of future creative designs
Project Management:
Oversee the end-to-end project management of creative initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
Delegate tasks effectively and prioritize projects based on strategic importance.
Team Development:
Mentor, coach, and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
Assess and enhance the skills and capabilities of the creative team.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain a high standard of quality for all creative work, reviewing and approving designs, graphics, and multimedia content.
Ensure all assets are consistent, on-brand, and visually appealing.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand their creative needs and deliver solutions that drive results.

Bachelors/Master s degree in Fine Arts/Visual Design/Visual Communication/Graphic Design related creative studies is preferred
5+ years of equivalent and proven work experience in Graphics, Motion and ATL designing
High proficiency in design principles like typography, composition, scale, color theory and advanced knowledge of how those principles work together
Proven understanding and skills in creative storytelling, art direction, user experience, motion, and designing marketing campaigns
An Ambitious Strategist and Analytical Thinker - Deep experience and proven achievement in digital and cross-channel campaign work, conceptualization and implementation of performance ads and collaboration with merchandisers for employer branding
An Excellent Communicator- A clear, approachable, and friendly communication style, both written & verbal, and ability to negotiate and influence credibly at all levels of the organization
A Pragmatist - Ability to distinguish between the important and urgent, and know-how to appropriately tackle each challenge
A Collaborator- Who builds trusted relationships with all stakeholders by providing deep market insights and helping them see around corners. Prior experience in leading teams and getting work done within desirable timelines is preferred
An Operator- You enjoy breaking big problems into ambitious project plans with clear milestones and success metrics. You can take a great idea, imagine it at scale, and then execute a delightful, repeatable experience. We believe Ideas are 10% but Execution is 90% of the work
