Working in Gaian is a happy experience. No matter what some might say, I feel its a great company, which gives importance to work-life balance and understands the employees concerns/issues and gives them enough space to work through. No pressure atmosphere.

I am lucky to be a part of a company which understands the seriousness and impacts of the pandemic, COVID-19. Even before most people (companies) realized the seriousness of COVID-19, my company (Gaian Solutions India Pvt Ltd) has been with its employees and stood by the mantra of "employee's safety first" and requested all employees to work from home. Unfortunately,some companies went towards pay cuts or firing some of their employees during this period, I am proud to say, Gaian Solutions management has been kind to provide regular and on-time salaries to its employees and has also been available to speak to or reach out to anyone who is going through a tough time. Gaian Solutions India Pvt Ltd is one of the companies who have very little to none negatives or something to dislike about. No matter what some might say, the reach, understanding and being with their employees during the pandemic is something everyone has to consider. I'm a proud employee of this Org.
