Company is growing day by day and taking new projects, but internally the system is not good, they have all their relatives around and they are misusing the name of higher management member's. The work is performed according to micro plan and micro plan is given in the beginning of every month. And Engineers do their work accordingly. Salary is on time. And all other facilities are good.

Dislikes

There is only one thing , I would like to add. No care is taken for Employees food. Food is not good here. Because the Fooding is free of cost other than salary , the quality is very poor. I request if any GR personnel see my review please take action on this. 🙏

Higher managers at sites have zero technical knowledge. Company made them manager bcz they have been part of company for a long time since they were drivers of different machineries.

There some people have power to change the site management decisions. Which is not good.
