You will not get any growth within the company. You will be asked to do something different than your skillset. The whole management system is arrogant and even the HR system is poor. You will definitely have 4-5 change of manager. You will notice that though you are of 9 year of experienced person however your manager can be a newbie of 1 year of experience😀
