Fynd - Finance Manager - Revenue & Settlements (8-12 yrs)

- This role entails monitoring queries from our omni-channel sellers, partners and internal stakeholders.

- Additionally, the successful candidate will assign the team for supporting in various accounting, audit and taxation tasks.

- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel are essential for this position

What will you do at Fynd?

- Oversee end-to-end settlement process for e-commerce transactions across the Marketplaces, B2B, B2C, D2C and Omni platform solutions.

- Also platform subscriptions across all SAAS platforms.

- Demonstrate proficiency in managing Nodal and Escrow Accounts & their settlements.

- Maintain & monitor commercial plans across all platforms and ensure accurate monthly invoicing & timely renewals.

- Identify and address Seller challenges, actively contributing to their resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, legal, product and engineering to ensure smooth contract execution and course corrections as necessary.

- Drive alignment of finance processes with stakeholders by establishing and enforcing timely updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Effectively manage large volumes of financial data.

- Adapt to changing business environments and proactively tackle challenges.

- Conduct ledger reconciliations and obtain balance confirmations from sellers.

Some Specific Requirements:

- Proficiency in advance Excel and Tally Prime is essential.

- Familiarity with SAP will be an advantage.

- Familiarity with SQL, Looker / Data Studio, Tableau, Gecko board, and managing complex spreadsheets will be an add-on advantage.

- Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and presenting the findings to senior leadership.
