What will you do at Fynd?
Partnership Strategy Development:
- As a Strategic Partnerships and Alliances Manager at Fynd Platform, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key partnerships that contribute to our platform's growth, market presence, and overall business objectives.
- Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership and alliances plan aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify potential partners, assess their relevance, and prioritize them based on strategic fit.
- Partner Identification And Onboarding
- Identify, evaluate, and initiate contact with potential partners, including retailers, technology providers, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations, draft partnership agreements, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Collaboration And Integration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to integrate partner offerings into our platform seamlessly.
- Drive joint marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote partnerships and maximize mutual benefits.
- Performance Tracking And Reporting - Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships.
- Regularly analyze partnership performance and provide reports to the executive team, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Market Research And Trend Analysis - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify partnership opportunities and threats.
- Compliance And Legal Oversight
- Ensure that all partnerships and alliances comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to draft and review contracts and agreements.
- Some Specific Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team player with a collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving.
