- Lead and manage the accounts team by providing guidance, training, support, and direction to establish a highly professional and well-structured Accounts and Finance department, while developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Overseeing all the functions of Finance & Accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, Taxation, P&L accounts, cash flow, and petty cash with all team members
- Manage developing and maintaining comprehensive MIS reports to support management decision-making. Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying trends and providing insights to management for decision-making.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement as per INDAS requirements.
- Manage the fixed asset accounting process, including the capitalization, depreciation, and disposal of assets.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and ensure they are accurate and comply with accounting standards and regulations.
- Advising the company on tax planning and compliance, preparing and filing tax returns, and managing tax-related audits and assessments.
- Conducting audits of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes, ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards, and identify areas for improvement.
- Analysing financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and patterns, providing financial advice to clients or senior management, and developing financial models to forecast future performance.
- Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks, and advising on strategies to manage and minimize risks.

- A team player who has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct in managing sensitive financial information.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
