Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist at Amphenol Communications Solutions in Bengaluru.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the following:

- Making vendor payments

- Posting payment entries in ERP system

- Processing invoices, credit notes debit notes etc.

- Coordinating with Logistic and Purchase team for GRN and PO

- Completing vendor reconciliation and obtaining balance confirmation

- Onboarding new vendor and maintaining proper documentation

- Clearing IDPMS and EDPMS in bank portal

- Coordinating with bank to clear payment issues

- Obtaining bank guarantees for EPCG and EoU

- This role will be responsible for handling other team members as well as working as an individual contributor.

- Person is expected to design and develop a successful AP process to ensure timely payments and robust controls.

- This role requires to work for 5 days based out of our plant office in ELECTRONIC CITY, BANAGLORE.

Qualifications:

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles

- Ability to handle Journal Entries efficiently and ERP exposure

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data

- Relevant certification or degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Experience in handling import payment process is a must.

- Superior communication skills in English is mandatory
