Finance Controller - CA (12-16 yrs)

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 12+ years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant preferred MBA finance candidates with suitable profiles can be considered

Location contains: we are considering professionals staying in Navi Mumbai and Thane

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including compliance with tax laws and regulatory standards.

- Lead budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and variance tracking.

- Manage accounting, collections, audits, and statutory reporting.

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and vendors for funding and operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory payments.

- Implement financial policies, process improvements, and business expansion strategies.

- Handle payroll, individual tax structures, and employee financial queries.

- Guide and mentor the finance team, aligning them with company objectives.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

- Experience of leading a team of 10 people

- The ability to communicate effectively is essential

- Expertise in financial modeling, cost management, and compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally 9.0 ERP+, and ERP-based accounting systems.

Work Details:

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Reporting to leadership

Office time: 10am to 7pm.

Appraisals Cycle: Yearly.

Weekly Off: 2nd and 4th Saturday and All Sundays.

Experience: Minimum 12 years of core Finance experience

Qualification: Must be a Chartered account by profession. Commerce graduate with higher grades
