Nothing is good in Future netwings.

Dislikes

Salary issue and No technical growth in this company. Employee have to take responsibilities his job role and others profile. No job security if you get any escalation from Client you will be terminate within 48 hrs.

Dislikes

Pressure, i got two holidays in a week, saturday and sunday. But these are holidays by name, we need to work from home to fulfill all the requirements.
