The company is fraud. The company treats their clients in the same manner as their employees: trying to con and exploit them at every stage possible. Managers verbally and emotionally abusing their teams in front of all is a daily occurence. The HR department is a complete sham with just 2 of them for the entire company. Employees are exploited on a regular basis by making them sit in the office till 3-4 AM or even till next morning till they complete their work and are threatened with immediate termination if they resist. There is no job security as layoffs are very common. And no notice period or buyout from the company's side; they just put employees om performance improvement period, load them with unrealistic workload and inform that they will be fired in 15 days unless they resign....Read More

At the time of Appraisal they humilate employee and complaining about employee performance without any reason, so employee can leave the company or stay with previous salary or negligible hike. Also, before leaving company you should serve 2 months notice period or give one month salary to the company. In the notice period they pressurise you to work double than other employees and they give your salary of those months after 120 days after. There is no training or guidance for employees from managers they only shouting when you do mistakes. The company mention in appointment letter working hours 10 am to 7 pm, but actually before 8:30 no one dare to go home. Most of the employees are working there around 10 pm. Who are working on client report and at time of dispacth date they working at 4 am also. Even girls are working 12 am or 1 am at night. Firing of employees according to managers mood. In previous months in food department all new employees are fired without any reason, even HR people are shocked that time. They literally humiliate you for your small mistake like they didn't do mistake in their two year of career. TL are rude to there team members.
