Gossip, which even your manager loves to do (even if you aren't interested) 1st 6 month is enjoyable as you're in that learning phase but most importantly you are unaware of the toxicity rising within the team. Micromanaging is nothing (especially the he althcare team), it's the neighbourhood gossip which you can do with your team member about the team member within the team itself.
