VPs and managers are good at using inappropriate langauge. These guys do amazing use AI tools to write and reply mails of clients. If you want to be get promoted easily then praise these seniors daily and feed their egos. This company and its sister companies shows office address from other countries which is fake as well. Nothing actually, but if are good at oiling and buttering you have very good growth here.

Worst place to work. for example, they haven't credited a single leave since the lock down has started last March, the reason is as the employees are working from home so no leaves will be credited. No respect for the employees. Extra long hour of working and the fun fact is they can deduct or hold your salary for no reason. For maximum employees they hold your PF amount or never clear your dues once you resign. FnF is a dream for this company...Read More

I have seen some of the worst office politics, rude, unethical, and undeserving managers in this company. A couple of the managers here always used to behave indifferently with their female employees. The top management is run by a self proclaimed "Gunda", who acts and behaves like one too. They treated their employees in the worst ways possible during the pandemic, making them come to the office and threatening to suspend and deny resignation if they failed to come to back from their hometown and to the office (suspended many later). One of the managers made an employee, who tested positive for covid, to work by denying him even a single day of leave. Such is the disgusting nature of the managers and the company. Most of the upper level management is just stuck there because they are not capable of finding a job outside and they preach about their so called "Experience".
