I worked as a tele calling officer. I like the salary and benefits. But I didn't receive them because of I'm a tele calling officer l.

Internal politics. Senior officers are very rude to freshers. Very less opportunities to promotions. Unsecured for women.

Company salary, incentive is every think Good for employ but Upper leval post like ASM Not God senior,they destroy carrier lotus of employ in their sales team.hr only support upar level post employ.HR only work in this company ASM,RSM,ZSM.

Low leval officer like excutive,RM in sales department only work according ASM ,they can't share their problam,No one ready to listen Low leval officer RM problam,Ar sales manager involve every time in bad politics. I also lost my job in this company due to ASM prakash chandra Acharya Igo satisfaction,this ASM want to exit to company due to avoid their resignation advice.

Environment, supervisors and managers they are from bpo background never deserve to work in corporate, casual behaviour, insult employees for error instead of giving them verbal warning, I would suggest nobody to work with this organisation, they put salary on hold sometimes, they also prefer religious favourism which makes you feel depressed, so think twice before joining this company
