Being a publishing company, it is a good place to learn. But for growth you have to look for another company.

Dislikes

The worst thing is, few ladies are given first preference and full pay even if they are not well qualifies and don't work. Whereas for men they deduce the salary and don't pay full even if we work hard for the company. Few ladies get special compensation in different basis. Administration is very worse and no HR. Full of politics and money laundering.
