My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. Appraisal not given at time since (1.5years) No body cares for your work , dedication, seriousness about the work. They uses like Use and throw. Taken advantage of COVID-19 for the benifit of company not for the sake of employees. Won't care about employees issues about the company. The leads are not much educated. This could be improved by giving opportunities for the deserved one.
