Nothing as such to like in this so called firm where they don’t know how to treat an employee

First the HR doesn’t tell truth and lie abruptly about the company and it’s number of employees . The company has only 3-4 people working at max. The ceo screams at the employees and threatens to fire them. They expect the employees to work till 12am. As a fresher in that company you are expected to handle a big live project withoutany guidance of senior. They expect their employees to work even during weekends if not they’ll shout and give threats to fire us. IT IS THE DEFINITION OF TOXIC WORK CULTURE.
