...n it hires college students to keep as intern and tries to complete the project. Along with it, it also hires 5-10 permanent employee and once project gets over they will stop the salary and even won't give experience letter. They then start blackmailing and wrong Form 16c generation to save Tax. IIM Graduate is f**cked up and he is trying all this unethical way. Please stay away from CEO and so called owner, every year he opens new company and does the same thing. He will also offer you go ahead will dual employment and then they will start blackmailing you and end up your complete career. I was really depressed and was next to suicide. thanks to my parents and friends who saved me in this critical times.

Nothing is good. Don't join whatever they offers. They have legal case running against them for stealing the projects, blackmailing employees, even HR is not with them.

Nothing as such to like in this so called firm where they don’t know how to treat an employee

First the HR doesn’t tell truth and lie abruptly about the company and it’s number of employees . The company has only 3-4 people working at max. The ceo screams at the employees and threatens to fire them. They expect the employees to work till 12am. As a fresher in that company you are expected to handle a big live project without any guidance of senior. They expect their employees to work even during weekends if not they’ll shout and give threats to fire us. IT IS THE DEFINITION OF TOXIC WORK CULTURE. Be careful dont fall for the trap and the fake good reviews given by the same person with different accounts.
