Very toxic culture. Hire Fire policy - be very careful if you are the sole breadwinner because they will fire you without notice. Management is toxic. The company policies are not employee friendly. They expect you to report to Hyderabad office almost once every quarter at your own expense or else you are labelled as not culturally fit and have no opportunities to grow. The Americans look down upon us Indians when almost 80% of the workforce is Indian. Shame on you Jacob! I love the fact that everyone here makes me feel very included and we can ask anyone for help irrespective of their position in the company! It is a great company to work in and it feels like I am at the right place.

Dislikes

I don't like the fact that we don't have many office meet-ups and it is completely work from home, it would be great if the company worked more on the employee's experience and more recreational activities and perks.

It's a remote role and you can meet really good people in the team. The salary and perks are amazing!

Love love love the emphasis on the culture at Fresh Prints! Most organisations have a culture which exists exclusively on paper but FP ensures that we embed our "Fresh Principles" in every conversation :) Also love the fact that the managers are so approachable!
