Fresh Prints is Family. I have been in the industry for almost 18 years and have never experienced a sense of belonging like I have with FP. My CEO is just a ping away whenever I want to talk to him. How is that for transparency?! I can literally speak to anyone in the firm and discuss ideas, growth, and opportunities. My Director is a strong leader who always helps me grow and has an extreme focus on the company's goals. I would like to retire from FP someday at the end of my career! :)...Read More

FP is a growing firm so it has a lot to adapt in terms of industry standards. Everything the company has to offer now works with its current size, however, FP should and will create an annual appraisal structure in the future and and have a much more rewarding benefits structure. I am proud to be part of the company in its nascent stages and look to see it grow to the perfect organization!

The work is challenging. You'll be pushed to the limit and forced to think proactively to find solutions. That is very intellectually stimulating and that's something I really love. Also, the managers are really nice. They become your friends. Also, the general environment is supportive and designed to help you realise your potential by trying to unlock the best version of yourself.

Dislikes

There's no yearly appraisal. There's only performance based promotions that are accompanied with appraisals. So that part may make employees feel less valued.
