As MNC working pressure is less, you get free time that will hamper your career eventually, limited good companies in North India so people stay longer so less chance for promotion. Mainly less work problem. Sometime as younger you need to be squizzed (pressure shapes legends)

I like the working Culture and the policy for the employees given by the Organization.also like the skill developing program and training organised by management .

Only issue with salary revision.there are huge difference between package with same designation.there must be slab system according to the designation .
