Some of the Organisation levels policies are good. Like in July every Friday is holiday and all.

First of all they misguide people while telling them the job description itself. The technology stack is only core Java and related things , no framework , no microservices nothing . They hire people saying they are migrating to microservices but actually they are not. I was working there for almost 2 years but they have not migrated to microservices or any other framework but they hire people who are having experience in advanced technology stack at found Java and related frameworks . Second and most important point is , while hiring people they don’t inform about the support job . They ask people to work 24*7 alternate week including weekends. That is compulsory for developers. The structure is like work whole day on a development and also look into support job , on calls and at night continue working on support activities. This is including weekends and for every alternate week . Third is their management. Very unhelpful, egotistic and unfriendly management. Last one is HR and policies. HRs are only there for a sake of name and they are just able hire people but managing them . Helping people with their problems is not the job of HR here. There are actually very good policies of LogicMonitor and US office and other offices are really good but specially in Pune office HRs Are not aware about policies and all....Read More
