Logicmonitor india does not have a good management till now, they are changing policies and experimenting with things currently. They have everything for employees but the process is not aligned HR is always confused about policies Insurance is not clear to employees, the insurance company is not replying to employees regarding their medical cards and dependent information. HR usually maintain things in Excel sheet. Favouritism in some departments like QA, ppl have to obey to every things favourite employees says to them. They are on top and the reason to keep them on the top of the hierarchy is to maintain dependency and to prove wrong to the lower hierarchy ppl like associate and senior associates.
