Dislikes

The founder was very egoistic person. He opened this office to take out his frustrations on female employees of India. Harassing females and demotivating them.

Disgusting founder behaviour, they just want to praise owner. Worship owner daily. He talks big and insult everyone. Hire women only to insult them. Rest of the staff is good except few ones. No appraisal, poor leave policy, alternate Saturday off. Overall not recommended to join.

Behavior of founder is terrible with employees. He keeps on insulting people. They keep on cancel holidays on their own even on festivals. they expect you to do work at home even after the office hours. But at the same time there is no policy of appraisals.
