I like the staff of the school and Ofcourse, my children.

Dislikes

I don't like anything of foster kids, they don't pay extra for the extra work, the salary is also very less, in fact the CD and her husband has no sense of talking and they both act like illiterates

Worst working organization that never pays remuneration on time. I resigned from there in 2020, but my 2 salaries are still pending.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
