Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Likes

Excellent work experience, very cooperative CEO who understand the people. Learn lots of new things that enhance my skill. Work culture is quite good. They are expanding their team as they have good projects in hand so not worried for job security. Working with US based client that are also very cooperative in nature.
