This is the good place to work at forsys. I have been working in this company past 2.6 years. Training: Generally they don't provide any trainings even though you are experienced or fresher. Job security: we don't have any job security. Career growth: It's depends candidate strength.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
