Nothing is documented here, they don't provide any appointment letter, and appraisal letter and because of it they indirectly try to threaten you not to move out of the company, because if you do so they will release you with no documentation. Don’t provide the salary on time. Half of the salary is credited in your account and half will be provided in cash. No PF facility is there. No leave policy. They even deduct some part of your salary from FnF, that too without any reason. The worst company ever. They force fully asked employees to work on weekends and then don’t compensate for it as no leaves policy is there. Only thing why formulaic is growing is because of there heads in different locations (Like- Zuber sir, Paras Sir, Sharad sir, Suraj sir) but work life is zero in this company, if you are on leave still you have to do work from home, also last sunday is working, after 15th of every month it becomes a call center rather than a real estate valuation firm.

- No work life balance - NO proper holidays given, they make you work on your holidays too - they dont make employees feel comfortable, there is always pressure on everyone in this company, too much pressure for nonsense things (you dont learn anything new here, same repetitive task to perform ) - No creative thing happens in this company, there employees are not happy because they are pressurized too much, company never takes feedback from there employee. - No proper management is seen, this is why alot of people leave this company within a year or too....Read More
