Lot of politics and family spirit just to say. It does not reflect ever in the actions of the company. No growth in the organisation even after years you will be doing the same thing in the organisation. I have worked in 3rd party role and i observed that they didnt give respect to 3rd party employee dont invite in any forbes marshall function and forbes marshall promote family sprites but in company they didnt follow anything canteen food was not good at all.
