They really don't care about employees . I have to get my relieving letter yet . after so many reminder from the date of resignation they still put my relieving letter on hold . worst place to work .

It's good for beginners to start your career. You will gain on paper experience only which will you secure job. But you can't expect salary on time. Salary may get delayed by 20-25 days.

Dislikes

You will be asked to work even if you are on approved leave. No matter you are in hospital— you will have to work. If you want to witness 'micro-management' then this company is the best fit.
