Work culture is amazing, lot of opportunities if you're willing to take in. Good exposure is given to enhance both your technical as well as interpersonal skills. Salary hike and other perks are pretty generous.

Work life balance is the best thing at Fluor We have saturday sundays plus alternate fridays off Your manager or senior will never ask you why do you want leave or sorry you can’t get one.. and those corporate things so good to go in that also Job security is also there.. I have never seen any one getting fired for no reason.

Dislikes

Appraisals and promotions are delays since there are very small teams at fluor. Plus there are strict working hours {9.30 hours each day including 30mins of break}
