Nepotism. Preferences are given to personal favorites rather than deserving one. The management and human resource department are highly manipulative.

Work Details

Work life is completely opposite to what the company claims. Off-fridays are only for a limited set of people. Even if you are justifying your 9 hours job, you will be in bad books if you do not stay back no matter what.

I loved the training method and documentation procedure. I like the quality of work. It is a US based global organization, so can we can interact with world wide client and other offices. I also like employee re-hire policy of the organization.

Dislikes

Some time work pressure is very very high. That time we have to work 12-14 hours.

I have originated detail design calculation for steel and concrete as well. I also got recolonization for that.

The company overall is excellent except new delhi office due to some non proffessional people at higher level in piping department specially, there is tremendous politics I faced, full of harrasment at workplace my total team was in depression for more than 2 years, lead, head of department seniors from south india only have a big problem except these other seniors are really kind knowlegeable carying and highly proffessional, many of us missed the chance of fanbrow (UK) office because of politics played by these south indian leads and HOD, many good people I saw crying while leaving the company because of harrassment at workplace and they got good job with almost double hike in ather companies like petrofac, jacob, GS...Read More

Company culture has been completely destroyed in delhi office due to south indian people in piping department, south people play politics at the time of increment, foeign visits, site visits, dont give tou proper man power do not shre knowledge if you are not a south person

Fluor has designed many gateways to built & increase knowledge & skill base of every employee. But unfortunately, if you need to work 11 -12 hours every weekday & 6-8 hours on every weekend, there is no time & scope left for learning, leave alone the term 'work-life balance'. Also the alternate friday off is a complete myth. You arealways expected to come on every Friday, even Saturdays.
