Managers do not value an individuals, unique strength,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do received appreciation emails, certificates and gifts from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. Work life balance is the best thing at Fluor We have saturday sundays plus alternate fridays off Your manager or senior will never ask you why do you want leave or sorry you can’t get one.. and those corporate things so good to go in that also Job security is also there.. I have never seen any one getting fired for no reason.

Dislikes

Appraisals and promotions are delays since there are very small teams at fluor. Plus there are strict working hours {9.30 hours each day including 30mins of break}
