Dislikes

Job security is a challenging task. However, It’s a nature of this business. So, I would not say its totally wrong. Even though market is doing bad, Fluor will wait and try thier best to retain thier employee.

Work Details

worknis quite interesting. Experience get limited to paper only. Be better if employee can get chnage to see what they have engineered.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
