Owners give freedom to mngmt to show their performance.

Dislikes

Top mngmt are unexperienced / unprofessional, they force their failures on lower colleagues to save their jobs, Outstation policy don't even match market standards, employees need to spend from their pocket that also they don't reimburse fully, they deduct amounts in unfairly manners, never never trust, never recommend anyone here.

With a flexible work schedule and with a great culture both of fellow employees and work wise, its been a decent journey working with Flipspaces over the last few months. At times the stress ca get to you, but then again that's what a lot of startups transitioning into a full fledged mid size firms will look like. It won't be a rosyall the time, there will be a few off days, but then you take that into your stride and figure what works for you. That's what the culture is all about, celebrate the big wins, embrace the failures and learn from them - that's what the culture and ethos of the firm is. You can casually walk up to one of your senior team mates and get talking about work and other aspects of life in general as well- that's what the beauty of having amazing people work at firms as such does! I started off as an intern at Flipspaces in October, 2021 and in just 3 months, I was promoted to an HR executive. I have wanted to learn and understand about HR as i want to pursue my masters in the same. My tenure at the helped me understand about company culture and the first exposure to my career has been really good as I was always supported by my managers and team members.

Dislikes

There were rough days when nothing seemed to be going my way and it felt like i should give up HR but the team and management revived my interest and helped me through this rough phase. The team has also been helpful to meet deadlines on time.

The great thing about working with Flipspaces is exploring a lot of cross-functional training not only helps me in my career but also shows that the firm wants to invest time in you. I have been working as an Assistant Manager QS, but I also get to work and coordinate project execution and management. While it's not always easy to work, the support functions of the firms are super proactive organizing events that not only bring people from different departments and verticals together, it imbibes a culture that showcases that someone is seriously looking into employee wellbeing and that speaks a lot to the people who are withing the firm....Read More

Yes, there are a few things that are work in progress to improve a few things which the firm may lack in, but that's only human - at least they're striving to reach the point of being a great place to work.

I've been in the firm since 5 years and while its great to work in a firm which is quite fast paced and thriving. It also leads to a burnout at some point. I started as Jr. 3D Artist and currently am a Sr. Level Designer and lead the tech team. This was the case with the previous cycle of 6 days! But with a few employee surveys, Themanagement actually listened to the feedback shared and made it to alternative working Saturdays! The joy in the office was unprecedented! I have been working with Flipspaces for around 3 years now. I started as a junior level designer in the tech team and now I am a senior-level designer and leading the tech team currently. The company culture is really chill and the people around are very warm and welcoming. The senior management has always been very helpful and uplifting.

Dislikes

The deadlines have us wait for more than working hours, but being in the tech team we work hard but play harder. This start up has really helped me groom my skills and explore.
