Terrible work culture and highly toxic environment in mumbai office. Lesser quantum of projects. No cross learning opportunities by working across on different projects. Some team leads in mumbai office are highly inexperienced in leading a team, planning resources and amateurish in design ideas. Review systems are biased.

I am responsible for the interiors of all the ongoing architectural projects in our Mumbai office. My job includes preparation of mood boards, presentations, 3D renders, as well as negotiations and meetings with clients vendors, and contractors.
